Boris johnson declares lockdown at 8 o’clock!

Last night boris johnson had declared lockdown just after the first day of school. If it was that important why didn’t he declare lockdown before he went back. Schools all across england have been trying to make remote learning so every child can have and education over the new lockdown. People are very angry at this occurrence because if it was that important, as i said before, he would of done it sooner.
