Yummy chocolate cake!

Ingredients:
- 250g plain flour
- 1/4 tsp xanthum gum
- 250g caster sugar
- 65g cocoa
- 1tsp baking powder
- 250ml milk alternative e.g.oat, soya
- 200ml sunflower oil
- 1tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- 1. Mix the dry ingredients together.
- 2. Separately, mix the wet ingredients together.
- 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix thoroughly.
- 4. Pour into a 23x33cm tin and bake for 25 mins.
- 5. Optional topping: make up ‘buttercream’ using:
100g of dairy free spread e.g.Pure and 200g of icing sugar1tsp of cocoa. Melt:150g bar of dark, dairy free chocolate then pour into the ‘buttercream’ and mix to fully combine.Spread topping over your chocolate cake and enjoy!
